We have the resources to acquire individual properties as well as portfolios on an all-cash basis, and the ability to quickly process and close transactions… no matter the size.

Our acquisition interests focus on existing corner or in-line retail properties in major metropolitan commercial districts. Although average deal sizes range from $2.5 – $250 million, we will consider all opportunities with single tenant or multi-tenant properties.
